Every product is uniquely made. Due to the nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns unless they are damaged or defective when they are delivered.

3. Can I cancel my order?
you will only be able to cancel your order within 12 hours, so please consider carefully before placing your order. We will refund your full amount if you cancel your order within 12 hours, after 12 hours the order will still be completed and sent to you.
